2/1/2008 · Hi Guys, Just bought my first holden ever last week the VE Commodore SS-V and I must say compared to cars I’ ve owned in the past the billion dollar investment seems to be paying off, Ive been amazed by the handling of this car, Ive got two questions I was hoping some members might be able to answer. Off the mark speed will be huge, And that torque will hide it’s high end weakness that the lower gears will give it. People might never notice. The 6 speed might cover it easy. The HSV boys with T-X-Y series will be shitty .

9/3/2016 · I’ ve just bought a 2012 VE Omega. 69,000km on the clock. Presents beautifully. Two days later, air con is stuffed (this was fixed on the sale contract) but meachanically, at all gear changes, but mainly at 60km/h, 80 and 100, I get acceleration issues. Similar to Heath Walkers post above (23 July 2017).
